Symptoms
Acupuncture recognises a number of symptoms which we may take for granted in everyday life as signs of treatable disorders. For example, menstural pain or irregularity and its associated emotional problems, feeling bloated after eating, feeling one’s heart beating when resting, feeling dizzy, being easily dazzled by headlights, having a heavy or fuzzy head or feeling excessively tired or heavy.
Acupuncture also greatly helps us to deal with our emotions. It can be particularly helpful during times of stress or sadness. It can help us when we feel at a loss in our lives or when we feel uncomfortable in ourselves.
